Aquilex WSI Nuclear Services has implemented thousands of complex nuclear repairs with ALARA and personnel safety designed into every repair approach. Aquilex WSI Nuclear Services has a full-service Quality Assurance Program to support the requirements necessary to perform work using the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) “S”, “U”, “PT” and “NPT” certificates, National Board “R” and “NR” certificates. Welders and welding procedures are qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX and inspection personnel are qualified and certified in accordance with ASME and ASNT-TCIA. Aquilex WSI Nuclear Services can provide inspection personnel to support our work performing MT, PT, UT, and Visual Weld Inspection.
For complex engineered solutions that require regulatory licensing and ASME design support, Aquilex WSI Nuclear Services has a longstanding partnership with Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. This partnership provides full and integrated turnkey services of ASME Design and Licensing Support, Repair Design and Field Implementation, and (NDE) Inspection Services. Additional services include the prevention and control of structural and mechanical failures, inspection and monitoring, materials evaluations and remaining life assessments, stress and failure analysis, remediation and repair.
